As mentioned before there will now be a series of event cancellations up until September, as directed by the Australian government's new and evolving social distancing directives.
All event ticket holders will receive a full refund. Due the amount of events please be patient as we work our way through them.
People who are holding tickets purchased through Eventbrite will have their refunds processed in chronological order. Each ticket holder will first receive an email notifying them of the cancellation and then receive another email notifying you of the refund. Please check ALL inboxes over the coming weeks to ensure you receive these notices. All funds will be returned directly to the form of payment used i.e. if you used a credit card for the purchase, funds will be placed back onto that card. Funds may take 7-10 business days from day of refund issue to show on your statement and balance.
ALL OTHER TICKET HOLDERS
For events where tickets have been processed by the venue, we will be in contact with them to notify them of the changes and they will be responsible for the refunding of tickets.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the sudden yet necessary closure of many of these venues, we are unsure of well staffed these venues will now be. We are expecting some level of disruption to communications and processing times. How long it will take to process these refunds will vary. We ask you have understanding and patience as we all work through these changes.
